Dr.
Dave Szalay MD, FRCSC
Dr. Szalay is an Associate Professor
in the Department of Surgery
and Program Director in Vascular
Surgery at McMaster University
in Hamilton. His practice covers
all aspects of arterial and
venous disease. He has twice
received the Ganzoni Sigvaris
award from the Canadian Society
of Vascular Surgery for his
work pertaining to venous disorders.
Dr Szalay was the first vascular
surgeon in Canada to perform
EVLT in March 2003 and is one
of only two certified Canadian
instructors for this technique.
